The Summary Page is for general information about your item. The only required field is entering an inventory number for your item (Inventory Numbers can be Alpha or Numeric characters or Both. On this page as well as many others you can rename fields to tailor the software to fit your business. All Drop Down Fields allow you to have unlimited entries. On the Additional notes page you can enter additional information about your item as well as if it is out for exhibition.
